Paul was a leader in the early adoption of GIS technology in Australia, founding one of the first GIS companies. His most recent experience was in Indonesia, managing land and geospatial projects and teams. He was LEI’s Team Leader for the Participatory Mapping and Planning projects implemented by MCA-Indonesia, delivering exceptional results. Paul’s experience covers management, business development, M&E with specialist skills in spatial planning, GIS and forest carbon. Paul has a Masters in Environmental Monitoring with a focus on GIS and Remote Sensing.
