Collected field data and conducted consultations necessary to prepare an Implementation Completion and Results Report.
The World Bank launched a mission in Ghana to collect field data and conduct consultations necessary to prepare an Implementation Completion and Results Report (ICR) for the Ghana Land Administration Project (LAP).
The objective of the consultancy was to provide technical support, through a Land Administration Expert to work with a Project Economist hired through FAO, to prepare an ICR for LAP.
The Land Administration Specialist conducted field investigations, collected field data and other information, and undertook analysis to document in an ICR the results achieved, problems encountered, the lessons learned and knowledge gained during LAP I. The specialist conducted discussions with the borrower, implementing agencies and beneficiaries as well as other stakeholders (including the private sector and civil society). An aide memoire was prepared that guided the mission’s discussions with government and a draft report as an input into the ICR.
