On PMaP2 we are fortunate to have a great team in place, but it is not something we take for granted.
Hence, in July 2016, we brought the entire team together (32 people) for a project coordination and team building gathering in Puncak for two days. This meeting marked the half-way point of the project. Some team members had not yet met each other (other than through emails) and it was great to witness the bonding that developed. Activities not only enhanced team communications, but also provided an opportunity to provide a project update on what had been achieved so far, and outline the plan for the next six months so everyone understood what is expected and what will be delivered.
In spirit of reconciliation, Land Equity International acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community. We pay respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
